Here’s what you need to try this out…

Tracking code installation

We send you a piece of tracking code to get installed within your website.

This is easy to do (a two minute task for you or your web developer) and we send full instructions.

That tracking code makes it possible to identify many of the visitors (home addresses and company names) to your website.

You get this by completing this form.

What you get each day

Each day you will receive an email that shows you the identifiable visitors to your website from the previous day.

You can also access a portal that shows you the identifiable visitors, date and time of website visit, and what each visitor looked at page by page.

Not all visitors can be identified, but a normal expectation would be:

  • Home addresses: 10-30% of your website visitors.
  • Companies: 5-20% of your website visitors.

 

Follow up process

Whether the potential customer is ready to buy or not, you need a follow-up process that gives you a second chance to impress the visitor to your website.

Those processes will vary for each type of business but would include:

  • Printed materials through the post (home addresses and companies)
  • Outreach via LinkedIn (companies only)
  • Phone (companies only)
  • Email (companies only)

If you’re not committed to follow up then you won’t benefit from the free trial.

Measurement

You may have a CRM where you are recording information about visitors to your website, and what your follow up processes have been/will be ongoing.

That allows you to determine (over time, which will vary for each type of visitor and buying cycle) outcomes from your follow ups to those that visited your website.

For most businesses it only takes one or two people converting to business to more than cover what we charge each month for our software.

But that’s a generalisation - you will have your own idea of what a fair return would be if you used the software beyond the free trial.

Having tested our software and it proving to work with your follow up processes (or you wanting to try it for longer because you can see the potential), you’ll have the opportunity to continue.

There are no long-term contracts - you can cancel instantly at any time.

Pricing

We charge based on numbers of identifiable visitors (home addresses or company names, depending on your focus) that you get each month.

Your pricing isn't fluid (e.g. if your visitors increase or decrease, your pricing doesn't automatically change).  It's set at the same level you sign up for and if we see your usage increasing, then we would contact you to discuss whether or not you wish to increase your monthly allowance.

You can also cancel instantly at any time and pay no more after the current month.

The vast majority of our customers fall within these price bandings but we do have higher level pricing for those that need it (all figures + taxes where applicable):

Up to 200 identifiable visitors per month

£70 per month

201 – 300 identifiable visitors per month

£80 per month

301 – 400 identifiable visitors per month

£90 per month

401 – 500 identifiable visitors per month

+£10 per month

For every extra 100 identifiable visitors per month

+ VAT on all prices

You are not tied into a contract and can stop instantly at any time.
